We took advantage of a free condo offered by friends and went up to WinterPark to beat the heat.
The resort has been built out a LOT since we were there last, with playgrounds that look like old trains, oversized games (like Connect-4 and scrabble), and lots of new restaurants.
The CocaCola Bear is a popular picture spot and we couldn't resist! (Say Hi to Grandma Kathy!)
They've also installed a bunch of musical bells around the resort. Who can resist making music? Not us!
We played some golf at the park (that turned into an impromptu soccer match).
And, there was LOTS of fishing...(no surprise to anyone!)
Despite bad traffic, and some rain, it's always good to get away for a short vacation!
